Dipping Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup garlic chili sauce 2 T rice wine vinegar 1 T sugar 1 T sesame oil 1 T soy sauce
Won Tons:
3 chicken breasts, baked 1 (48-count) package won ton wrappers 8 oz. Pepper Jack cheese, shredded 1 (16 oz.) jar sliced pepperoncini, drained Melted butter for brushing
To prepare the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well. Chill, covered, for up to one week.
To prepare the won tons, shred the chicken into 1-inch long narrow strips. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Place each won ton diagonally on a work surface. Place a piece of chicken, cheese, and pepperoncini in the center of each won ton. Roll up and twist the ends, brushing the edges with water and pinching to hold their shape if needed. Place on the prepared sheet with space between each. Brush with butter. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Turn the won tons and bake for 5-6 minutes longer, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve with the sauce.
